Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any reason other than product defects or damage.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@deerzyshop.com and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can evaluate the claim.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will process a full refund or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.

To qualify for a claim, the item must remain in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse

  • Products without original packaging

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@deerzyshop.com.

Refunds

Refunds are only approved for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@deerzyshop.com.
